Plaćati se može Mastercard, Visa i Amex kreditnim karticama. Plaćanje se izvršava putem AlertPay sustava. AlertPay primjenjuje najmodernije standarde u zaštiti podataka - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) sa 128 bitnom enkripcijom podataka.

AlertPay je jedan od najraširenijih načina plaćanja na "Get paid" programima, a svakako najrašireniji među PTC (paid to click) programima. Njegova prednost u odnosu na ostale je što se mogu primati i slati uplate u sve zemlje, dok neki drugi imaju ograničenje koje zemlje mogu plaćati, a koje primati uplate.

KAKO FUNKCIONIRA USLUGA?
Zahtjev za terećenjem kreditne kartice za određeni iznos online autorizacijom procesira se uz AlertPay preko interneta (prema autorizacijskom centru izdavača kartice), i to u stvarnom vremenu. Dakle, nema ručnog procesiranja zahtjeva, nego se broj kreditne kartice automatski provjerava i autorizira u autorizacijskom centru kartične kuće.

REKLAMACIJE
Reklamacije na objavljeni oglas prihvaćaju se isključivo u pisanom obliku ( e-mail), i to najkasnije u roku od 5 dana od dana objave oglasa.
U slučaju da je za reklamaciju odgovoran Oglas-plus, oglašivaču će se odobriti ponovna objava istovjetnog oglasa bez dodatne naknade. Ukoliko je pogreška nastala zbog pogrešne pripreme samog oglasa od strane naručitelja, reklamacija se neće uvažiti.
Kod banner oglašavanja bilo kakva reklamacija na sadržaj i pripremu bannera neće se uvažiti jer Oglas-plus ne odgovara za sadržaj bannera već samo za njegovo postavljanje na portal i prikazivanje.
Ukoliko kod zakupa oglasnog prostora na 6 ili 12 mjeseci naručitelj ne iskoristi svoj oglasni prostor, nema pravo na povrat sredstava.
